From Curiosity to Confidence.

Our programs are designed to meet children where they are—encouraging exploration, building new skills, and nurturing their growing sense of independence. From toddlers to preschoolers, we create meaningful learning experiences that inspire a lifelong love of discovery.

Big Beginnings for Little Learners

Infant

(Ages 6 weeks- 12months)

Our Infant room is a warm and inviting environment designed to help your child reach all oftheir developmental milestones. Our teachers will engage your child in learning activities such as tummy time, art, stories and songs. We believe that floor time and tummy time are integral to gross motor development in infants. Therefore swings, bouncy seats and exersaucers will not be permitted in the classroom. All learning toys will be provided.

When entering the Infant room, we ask that you remove your shoes or cover them with the provided shoe coverings. Our infants spend most of their day playing and exploring on the floor. As our infants tend to put their hands and toys in their mouths, we would like to prevent germs from entering the classroom. We would not want any germs that may be found on the bottom of your shoes to enter the classroom.

Toddler Room

(Ages 12months-24 months)

Our Toddler room is full of energy! Teachers will begin to incorporate Circle Time into the classroom routine. The Toddler curriculum includes stories, songs and fingerplays and is designed to increase children’s attention spans, teach self-help skills and enhance gross-motor skills. Teachers will also work with children to improve their language skills. Each month holds a different theme to promote imagination and learning.

In the Toddler room we provide breakfast, lunch and snack, including milk and water. Teachers will work with children to teach them how to eat with a spoon and drink out of a cup.

Two-Year Old Classroom

(Ages 2- 3 years)

Our two-year old classroom is a place of exploration and newfound independence. Children will continue to develop their self-help skills, begin to learn letters and count, and develop sorting skills. Each school day will begin with Circle Time where they will review the date, weather and sing songs related to their monthly theme. Children will complete small group activities that promote the development of their fine and gross-motor skills. In the Two-Year Old room, children will begin to work on potty training. Once your child begins to show interest in potty training your child’s teacher will have a conversation with you about potty-training expectations. It is vital that teachers, families and the child are all on the same page. Please do not hesitate to bring any questions or concerns you may have regarding potty training to your child’s teacher.

If your child is potty training, please provide extra clothes and back-up shoes.

Preschool/Pre-K

(Ages 3-4 years)

Our preschoolers are building upon their prior experiences to reach new heights. The Preschool Room is a literacy-rich environment that will stimulate their understanding of written and oral language. Children will learn to recognize and trace letters, identify letter sounds and begin to write their names. Children will also work on math skills with a focus on counting, number recognition and beginning addition. Children in the Preschool classroom will begin to work and play cooperatively with their classmates and friendships will begin to blossom.
